Brew Ratio:

- Strong brew: 20g coffee, 280g water
Step-by-Step Instructions:
For French Press:
- Grind: Coarse, like breadcrumbs.
- Boil Water: Bring filtered water to just below boiling (200°F or 93°C).
- Add Coffee: Add 20g of freshly ground coffee to your French Press.
- Bloom: Pour a small amount of water (about 60g) over the coffee grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Add Water: Slowly add the rest of your water (300g), ensuring even saturation.
- Steep: Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
- Plunge: Slowly press down the plunger, and pour into your cup.
- Enjoy: Savor the rich, full-bodied flavor of your coffee blend!
For Pour Over (V60, Chemex):
- Grind: Medium-fine, like table salt.
- Boil Water: Heat water to around 200°F (93°C).
- Prep Filter: Place the paper filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any papery taste.
- Add Coffee: Place 20g of ground coffee in the dripper.
- Bloom: Pour about 40g of water over the grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Pour: Slowly pour the rest of the water (300g) in a circular motion, pausing every 30 seconds to let the coffee drain.
- Enjoy: Sip the clean, bright taste of your blend!
For Drip Coffee Maker:
- Grind: Medium, like sand.
- Set Up: Use the filter in your drip coffee maker and fill the water reservoir.
- Add Coffee: For a standard 12-cup machine, use around 60g of coffee for 1 liter of water.
- Brew: Turn on your machine and let it brew.
