Refund Policy 

Returns 

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging and original seal. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a valid reason for return of goods. Photos of the outlined requirements are needed to be shared if a return is requested to confirm if your return request is approved and valid.

If the customer wishes to return goods due to change of mind or the incorrect item is ordered, the customer is responsible to arrange the shipment return. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at reception@schibellocoffee.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
