Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping Methods & Providers 

We offer several shipping methods, including: 

  • Standard Shipping 

  • Express Shipping 

  • In-Store Pickup  (Monday - Friday between 8am & 3pm). 

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Couriers Please to ensure reliable delivery. 

 

2. Shipping Costs 

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):
    - Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.
    - Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.
    - Free Shipping on orders over $60. 

3. Order Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

  • Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events like Black Friday), processing times may be longer. 

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times 

  • Australia:
    - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    - Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
    - In-Store Pickup: Orders are typically ready within 24 hours for pickup at our location. (Monday - Friday between 8am & 3pm, excluding public holidays). 

  • International Shipping:
    - We do not offer international delivery on any of our products. 

 

5. Tracking Orders 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the provided tracking link or through the "Track My Order" section on our website. 

 

6. Delivery Issues 

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., missing, damaged, or incorrect items): 

  • For lost packages, please contact your carrier.


7. Returns Related to Shipping 

  • If you need to return an item due to an issue related to shipping (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us with your order number and pictures (if applicable) reception@schibellocoffee.com. 

  • Customers are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the result of our error. 

8. Subscription Orders Shipping

  • During public holiday periods and weekends, subscriptions will be packed & dispatched upon our return. If you choose to pause your subscription, once you resume it, you will next be charged on the same billing cycle of that month from your original commencement date. It will not charge you on the day you resume your subscription nor can the date be changed.
