ACAIA Pearl Scale
The long-awaited Acaia Pearl Brewing Scale is here, capable of measuring your coffee and water in real time, tracking time for you, and providing valuable information on your pouring pace.
Scale delays can throw off coffee brewing, so the Acaia Pearl features a rapid 20 millisecond response time to give you a real-time reading. The scale can measure weight down to a tenth of a gram, empowering coffee brewers of all levels to achieve pinpoint precision. Never lose track of brewing time again with the embedded stopwatch.
The Acaia Android and iOS app collection can collect information via Bluetooth about your pouring rate so you can see how quickly you are pouring. The apps also include brewing recipes for you to try and allow you to share your own experiments with the coffee world.
The Acaia Pearl Scales include an internal USB-rechargeable battery to keep you from having to store batteries. The scale’s auto-shutoff feature can be adjusted in the app to save you time and battery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within:
- 2-4 business days for metro areas
- Up to 7 business days for regional areas
- Note for equipment – dispatch can take up to ten days then refer shipping times above
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for updates.
What is Schibello Coffee’s returns policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to replace it if notified within 7 days of your delivery - photo evidence may be required. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns after this period.For coffee equipment, we offer 14-day returns if there is a fault with the product. What happens if I have received the wrong item?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at reception@schibellocoffee.com or call (02) 9807 6033. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.For coffee subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account page.
I put the wrong address - can I change it?
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at (02) 9807 6033 or reception@schibellocoffee.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once shipped, you can manage delivery updates and redirections using your tracking number via our courier partners. Please ensure you enter your shipping details correctly when placing an order—Schibello Coffee cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect address entry.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! If your order is a gift, simply add a note on your order or email us at reception@schibellocoffee.com with your order number and the message you'd like included, and we’ll add a note to the package.
