What is Schibello Coffee’s returns policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to replace it if notified within 7 days of your delivery - photo evidence may be required. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns after this period.For coffee equipment, we offer 14-day returns if there is a fault with the product. What happens if I have received the wrong item?

Batch Brew
Batch brewing is as simple as 1-2-3. This hands-off method involves brewing larger quantities of coffee, often using any choice of drip machines. It's perfect for making coffee for large groups or even a weekly batch.

PREP, POUR, ENJOY
1. Grind the coffee: medium grind, slightly coarser than granulated sugar. Or purchase Schibello Ground Coffee.
2. Measure the coffee and water: Ratio is 1:16 (e.g., 60g coffee for 1L water).
3. Brew the coffee: set up your choice of brewer.
4. Insert paper filter into the holder, rinse with warm water (optional).
5. Add ground coffee into the filter.
6. Turn the machine on.
7. Serve and store: pour coffee into your cup or carafe, serve immediately or store.
BREWER’S TIPS
• For better flavour, use freshly ground coffee.
• Clean the machine regularly for a crisp taste.
• Once the paper filter is in the holder, rinse with warm water to remove the paper flavour/ residue.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at reception@schibellocoffee.com or call (02) 9807 6033. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.For coffee subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account page.
I put the wrong address - can I change it?
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at (02) 9807 6033 or reception@schibellocoffee.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once shipped, you can manage delivery updates and redirections using your tracking number via our courier partners. Please ensure you enter your shipping details correctly when placing an order—Schibello Coffee cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect address entry.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! If your order is a gift, simply add a note on your order or email us at reception@schibellocoffee.com with your order number and the message you'd like included, and we’ll add a note to the package.
