The Appartamento is a premium domestic Espresso Machine with a compact footprint, designed with the modern kitchen set-up in mind. With expert engineering that can only be expected from Rocket Espresso, the Appartamento delivers a high-quality brewing experience allowing users to recreate cafe quality coffee at home.
The chassis and internal layout of the machine have been manufactured with functionality and performance in mind, featuring a commercial E61 group head and thermosyphon system for optimal water pressure, temperature and flow. The Appartamento also features a 1.8lt heat exchange boiler and a cool touch steam arm to deliver powerful and consistent steam for every cup.
The Appartamento is a stylish and functional addition to any coffee line-up. Sporting a stainless-steel body and matching cup frame, with the option of either white or copper circular side panel inserts.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within:
- 2-4 business days for metro areas
- Up to 7 business days for regional areas
- Note for equipment – dispatch can take up to ten days then refer shipping times above

What is Schibello Coffee’s returns policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to replace it if notified within 7 days of your delivery - photo evidence may be required. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns after this period.For coffee equipment, we offer 14-day returns if there is a fault with the product. Please refer to the individual product warranty for any issues beyond this timeframe.For assistance with returns, email us at reception@schibellocoffee.com.
What happens if I have received the wrong item?
If you have received something incorrect please email us at reception@schibellocoffee.com, please include an image and description of the issue plus your order number.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at reception@schibellocoffee.com or call (02) 9807 6033. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.For coffee subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account page.
I put the wrong address - can I change it?
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at (02) 9807 6033 or reception@schibellocoffee.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once shipped, you can manage delivery updates and redirections using your tracking number via our courier partners. Please ensure you enter your shipping details correctly when placing an order—Schibello Coffee cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect address entry.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! If your order is a gift, simply add a note on your order or email us at reception@schibellocoffee.com with your order number and the message you'd like included, and we’ll add a note to the package.
