Stovetop Espresso
The Moka Pot brews coffee by forcing water through coffee grounds under pressure. This creates a rich, espresso-like drink without an espresso machine.

PREP, POUR, ENJOY
1. Grind the coffee: fine, but not as fine as espresso grind. Or purchase Schibello Ground Coffee.
2. Fill the filter basket: add coffee, leveling it off without pressing.
3. Add water: fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve.
4. Assemble and brew: attach the top part and place on medium heat.
5. Serve: once you hear a bubbling sound, remove from heat. Serve immediately.

• Don’t pack the coffee too tightly.
• Use medium heat for best results.
